SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy applies to physical products purchased from CREATESPACE through our website

  • Shipping Destination

    • We currently ship within Canada only, unless otherwise stated on a product page or at checkout

  • Due to the small-batch and made-to-order nature of our business, all product sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations 

  • Shipping Method

    • Orders are shipped using Canada Post Expedited Parcel, unless a different shipping method is stated at checkout or in your order confirmation
    • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  • Shipping Costs

    • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

  • Accurate Shipping Information

    • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. CREATESPACE is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

  • Delays

    • CREATESPACE is not responsible for delivery delays caused by Canada Post, weather, labour disruptions, holidays, remote delivery locations, customs, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

  • Risk of Loss

    • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the order has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, or at the time of pickup if the order is collected in person.

  • Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

    • If your order is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@createspaceacademy.ca as soon as possible and include your order number and any relevant details or photos. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, assist in opening or following up on a claim with the carrier.

  • Returned Parcels

    • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery, or failure to collect the parcel, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the order.

    • Tracking information will be provided when available.
