Throughout the class, students will:

  • Explore Early Coding Concepts such as sequencing, looping, and conditional statements, prediction and color coded programming
  • Measure Distances and apply simple math to compare and solve problems related to their creations
  • Counting and comparing
  • Understand cause and effect

 

Inventive Otters

Elementary STEAM (Grades K,1,2)


Throughout the class, students will: 

  • Learn engineering design skills through prototyping, brainstorming, testing, and refining
  • Develop observation skills to gather information and improve solutions
  • Use motors and sensors to create interactive prototypes
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively to develop and enhance ideas
  • Experiment with rebuilding ,Redesign and refine prototypes by identifying and fixing design flaws

         



Navigating Geese

Elementary STEAM (Grade 3- 5)


Throughout the class, students will:

  • Deepen understanding of computer science by creating sequences and loops, breaking down problems, and refining programs to meet specific needs
  • Explore how to describe programming decisions clearly, conduct fair tests, and generate and debug multiple solutions.
  • Connect learning to real-world scenarios through activities involving helicopters, cable cars, buses, and boats
